Related: About this forumMy calico cat Charlotte has a problem.
She keeps leaving puddles of pee around my apartment.
I keep the litterbox scooped, daily.
She is about 16 years old.

(120,883 posts)Sometimes if a cat has a UTI they'll pee outside their litter box because they associate the box with discomfort. She needs to see a vet ASAP, though.
Agreed!

(16,283 posts)latter days and the in-retrospect first sign of the at-that-time-unwitnessed seizures was an unexplained puddle of cat urine. It happened a few times (not unsure exactly how many because she was indoor/outdoor) before we saw her having a seizure and therefore could report such to the vet.

(12,201 posts)My elderly female dog would dribble pee, and the Proin fixed her right up. My male vet was trying to so gingerly tell me about females, aging, and bladder control.
I remember it being rather inexpensive. It took a few days to work, but then it was great. Her dribbling would return if we screwed up and didnt reorder it on schedule.
