(18,678 posts)I just love talkative cats! Our Logan was like that. If you said something to him, he would answer back and keep answering as long as you kept talking to him. He and my husband would carry on very extensive conversations at times.
Logan passed due to kidney failure in January 2018, and we adopted Willow a few months later. She is not a talker at all, and my husband really missed his little cat chats at first. He doesn't love her one bit less, of course, but neither of us will ever forget how much we enjoyed Logan's conversational skills.
I wish you many happy years with Kira, and many entertaining conversations!

(46,810 posts)Raven is a little hissy at Kira, but I think in a few days or weeks they'll become friends.

(9,695 posts)Maybe part Maine Coon? The fluffy tail and the ruff around her neck.
She looks just like my Lucy (RIP) who was a silver tabby MC and the sweetest kitty ever.

(46,810 posts)That's mostly what I was looking for.
A very affectionate kitty.
And Kira sure is.
Now here's hoping Raven gets used to her, and stops hissing.
