Related: About this forumI had to get clever to save my bouquet of Peony from 'Knock it to the floor' Madoc
So I wedged it with the glass blocks I found in the basement and used to set up my little entry way 'presentation' area. This is just a small part of it but I wanted to focus on the flowers. It has all sorts of things I've gathered (LOTS of sea shells) or have been given to me. The golden orb is actually a bowling ball I also found in the basement.
All of the fur babies have done their investigation and seem to have lost interest, but I certainly do NOT trust Madoc!!

that the world is not flat, because if it were, cats would have already knocked everything off of it.
Our cats like to eat flowers, so the only places I can put them is the open space above the kitchen cabinets or the tall bookcases in the family room.

(24,408 posts)Ember is the only cat that I've had who does that. At 7, she's not as persistent as she was when she was younger, but she still does it often enough that I still have to be careful.
Good thing for these furry little destroyers that we love them.
