The babies has their first (brief) cardboard box experience, this morning

It ended when Bronwyn peed. Abundantly. At least it wasn't on me the way Tudor did, yesterday. It was just after he started to really revive. I never thought I'd be happy to be peed on.

They are eating slurry and lapping up goat milk. Especially Tudor.

I think Bronwyn misses her mom because she's very vocal and climbs up on my lap for comfort. Tudor? He's full of curiosity and took off on a tour of the room.

They will transition from the room to the porch and then to outside, as soon as it warms up and I'm fed and caffeinated.

5. I just posted that it appears the mom has all 4 kittens in the shelter with her!

Of course I will keep checking on the situation. Tomorrow has rain and thunderstorms in the forecast and I don't want a repeat of the other morning.
