Related: About this forumTudor's sisters are back!!!
I saw the mom crossing the street. I suspect she dropped them off because she knows they are safe. So they are very close by. I had to do some eye cleaning. The discharge dried in that 24 hours they were gone. Hopefully they will be every day visitors so I can keep up with that issue.
Tudor and Dylan helped me do some weeding and pick tomatoes. They had a lot of fun chasing and wrestling around the garden.
Right now I've got Tudor inside because I've been going, non stop, since about 6 this morning. I know he's got to be tired from all of the fresh air and playing. Right now he's perched right at the back of my neck and I think he's is falling asleep.
Anyway, Bronwyn was the only one not climbing around in the shrubs so I took a quick photo. Sorry it's kind of blurry.

(27,300 posts)Tudor is inside, in the playpen. I don't trust his mom. Last I checked, he was dozing off, again.
Once I'm done with the tomatoes I'll take him back outside to play with which EVER kittens are around.
It's not even noon and I'm restraining myself from pouring a glass of wine to reinforce me while I'm chopping, dicing and cooking. It's already been quite a full day!

(37,930 posts)at the idea of a kitty falling asleep on your neck. Might be nature's way of telling you to take a break.
Sounds like word's gotten around:

Hey, she had to go to work (hunting).

(27,300 posts)6, maybe 7. I've been able to socialize all but 2 of the kittens, and one is oh so slightly coming around. I want to get them in to a local rescue, as soon as they are big enough, for neutering (the 'bigger' kittens are all male). Catching the adults is proving difficult but I won't give up. There's a TNR class I can take in September that will get me a big discount on surgeries for the ferals. Like $25 instead of $40.

(3,491 posts)I also love the names you give them.

(27,300 posts)Hence names like Skittish, Scooter, Spooky, Lush, Bruiser, Mittens, Tabby. Once I started rescuing the kittens I switched to Welsh names.

(14 posts)You do a lot of work keeping up with so many kittys and we are lucky to see them.

(27,300 posts)It is a lot of work but it's far more fun. I've rescued 13 kittens, so far, and they all have homes. Some with me, some with friends.
Hopefully I can find more homes for the ones I've managed to socialize.
