Tudor's siblings were all in the shelter, this morning, so I guess they are back

Interesting thing from the mom. Bronwyn's eye needed cleaning and I got a short hiss from the mom when I picked her up. She watched my every move and when I put the baby back down, mom came right out to check on her.

I'm more convinced than ever that her attitude towards Tudor has to do with his 'runt' status. It is survival of the fittest to tend to the ones most likely to thrive. Maybe I've never seen this, before, because I grabbed up Madoc and Arthur's litters when they were 4 and 3 weeks old. Looking back, Cinder and maybe even Madoc could have been in the same situation. Their sisters were all much bigger.

About the runt status. Maybe the mom has mixed feelings about his being saved.

I guess he'll be your ward until he's big enough for a forever home placement.
