When you end up once again carrying a 90 pound golden retriever chonk.

18 and I decided to go for walk this morning with Dunc we pulled in at this walking trail close to yellow breeches trout stream and 18 asked as I kneeled down to pick up pup to put him on my shoulders.
Dad what are you doing I said furry dude is afraid of the rail road bridge of the spaces between the railroad ties.

We’ve been here before I said to 18 and pup is frightened. On way back from our long walk my son asked do you want me to carry Dunc back across the bridge I said nah i got him kiddo.

Carrying the golden boy back to the car across the bridge on my shoulders Dunc was licking my hand as to say thanks father. I love walks with the family but i really do not do extreme obstacle courses.

After all, he's got 4 feet, not just 2, so he has to work twice as hard to keep track of where he's putting each one. Also, his feet are a lot smaller than a human's and could therefore slip through a much tinier opening than ours would.

Sounds to me like Golden Boy is being very smart to avoid walking on those railroad ties!
