The still feral minded kitten, Snowdon, just came up and sniffed at my hand!!
This was the closest I've been to him since he was a tiny, tiny kitten. I think I managed to pick him up just once.
He's taken up residence on the porch and has let me get to within about a foot from him when he's eating. When he's not, he hides beneath the porch glider when I come out to the porch.
Maybe there's hope that he will really come to trust me. That would be absolutely amazing.

They are learning by watching how you take care of those babies. They are watching when you don't know it.
I bet that within a couple weeks, especially when it gets cold, they will get even closer. They probably like the idea of the porch and they probably use the shelters.
