I confess that little Rhian has a special place in my heart

Probably because she reminds me so much of my precious Morgan. She's always the first one to greet me when I bring out their breakfast.

In the morning the outdoor adults and porch kittens get a kibble/pate mix, slightly generous with the pate. At night the outdoor adults get kibble but the porch babies get a mix with slightly less pate mixed in. I figure they are kittens so they do need more calories.

Rhian has let me know that I should prepare a separate meal, heavier on the pate, for her evening feed. She actually refuses to eat unless I do. So, of course, I sneak her an extra dab of pate.

My Petunia, all thirteen years of her blessing my life in ways big and small may never forgive me if she finds out I have special feelings for my Moofy Moo (Mufasa).
