Purina ONE Indoor Advantage Senior 7+ High Protein Natural Dry Cat FoodIt was over $15.00+ for 7 lbs.and now it is $10.28 (-47%).
So, is this really a "sale".
Before the big inflation hit, it could be found for less than $8.00 for 7 lb.
I ended up buying three 7 lb. bags of it for the great price of *cough* $30.00+; one bag per cat.
It is ridiculous how pricey is it to feed and care for our beloved pets!
Merry Xmas from the crew, Andreas, Silver & Missy =^..^=

Now lets talk about Arm & Hammers cat litter. 🥹

(21,073 posts)They used to deliver but no more of that!
I have to drive 40+ miles to get it for $5.39 for what WAS a 25 lb. bag.
I don't think I will have a car much longer so this is getting very difficult!
The price gouging isn't helping the crew and me one bit.
Three big cats and yes, they like their Fancy Feast and their Friskie's Cat Treats!

(4,351 posts)where I could not get my husband convinced that what he was buying (which was really cheap) was just pure clay, and NOT clumpable! He kept griping about how the litter didn't clump. Kept telling him it wasn't meant to be clumping... it was meant to be dumped. Period.
FINALLY got through to him! We're back to Tidy Cats. The cats like the litter, and I like the buckets it comes in. I've found a lot of uses for those buckets! (LOL)
As for treats, mine will go with Friskies for a little while, and then I have to switch 'em over to Temptations. There are a few they absolutely won't touch, tho. Amazingly, it's the more expensive kind that sits there and doesn't get eaten. Since they only get a few at a time, I let them have their "kitty crack."

(21,073 posts)We had to stop using it because Andreas is allergic to it. His poor paws were painful for him to use. All he could do was scratch scratch scratch!
Oh well ...
Back to Tidy Cats and Special Kitty when I can manage to get it.

(367 posts)That's what my guys eat so will go order some now. In all the years I've been getting so much valuable information here on DU, never expected to get info that also saves me money. Thanks.

It was a buy three and get one of them free is how it worked out.
Having three very large cats, I need my cat supplies!
