Related: About this forumSomeone (I suspect Sian) stole and ate one of the leftover Yorkshire puddings!!
Plucked it right out of the bag. I found a small, saliva infused and well chewed piece on the floor. That's all that was left of one of the two that were leftover.
At least she left one for me!! I'll be sure and eat that today.

(27,300 posts)I was telling my cousin how hard it can be for me to make meals. Sian loves to jump up on the counter when I'm cooking and I use a LOT of garlic and onions in the foods I make. When I make curry I always add Sultanas, along with the onions and garlic.
Plus, I worry about her stepping on a still hot burner on the stove. I'm trying to come up with a way to deter her from jumping up.

(10,335 posts)Mother had baked before she went to church. When she & Dad got home, I had already repaired the damage by cutting the pie into slices (slightly smaller than usual.) She immediately knew what had happened. Crafty little boogers. PS to add: no one refused to eat it!

(10,800 posts)My wife made a gingerbread loaf with crystallized ginger and candied orange peel mixed in she was planning it for Christmas breakfast. Dog ate the whole thing. Were sending her a replacement.

(844 posts)My step-daughter was house-sitting for us back in '07 and left her order of hot wings on the coffee table and left them alone for a few minutes. When she came back Chloe (a tuxedo cat) had eaten about half of them and had hot sauce all over her "shirt".
She was fine.

(855 posts)My blue Abyssinian was a pizza fanatic. If you were not paying attention she would grab a slice of pizza and take off with it. I would find the remains in the oddest places. Cat's are really strange.

(9,703 posts)Donuts, muffins, cake. If you had some he would sit by you and be obnoxious until you gave him some. One time he jumped on the counter, knocked a whole angel food cake to the floor and proceeded to help himself.

(367 posts)Couldn't open a jar without her running into the room and climbing up to my shoulder to get at it. Once when she was on meds, I asked vet if I could use those peanut butter pill pockets for dogs and he said I could just use actual peanut butter if she liked it so much.

(14,760 posts)that stole a biscuit from sheet pan when we were not looking. She snuck past us like she was trying to hide the fact she took it. She also liked that whipped cream that comes in the tub container. She was a tortoiseshell cat and kinda crazy at times.
