Madoc is checking out the first of the future shelters for the ferals

I had a 20% off coupon at Big Lots so I decided to spend it on feline related stuff (food, catnip, new litter pan). I also bought cleaning products which are, in a way, feline related, too. My treat is a bottle of lavender scented spray.

Anyway, I bought also one of the larger tubs, in a nice neutral color, and will have the guys use a dangerously sharp tool to cut an entrance hole. No doubt I'll buy several more. I'll use one to replace the makeshift shelter made out of the wood rack and old picnic table bench.

Side note, I was glad to see almost all of the porch kitcats are outside, this morning. The weather is only going to get warmer, over the next week, so hopefully they will spend lots of time romping around.
