There are a bunch of other videos from this channel. The cat and ducks are grown up. I think this is probably for real. You can see the shadow of the person filming them in one of the videos. Here's the first one that I saw:

6. I work in Photoshop every day...

... and getting every hair on the kitten and every strand of fuzz on the ducklings to overlay the background as perfectly as they do would be nearly impossible, unless it was a super-high res image that could allow you to work pixel by pixel, then reduce it to postable size. LOTTA work.
