Related: About this forumI followed up on a suggestion and bought some Churu cat squeeze treats
And I'm convinced they are a feline narcotic. My friend who adopted Cinder, Smoke and Ember agrees.
Carys, who has been disinterested in participating in treat time, is most impressed. Arthur and Madoc, too. Gryff almost took my finger off, trying to get an extra lick. He now stands straight up on his hind legs, to give himself an advantage.
I was lucky to find them on sale. Not sure I'll replace their usual squeeze treats with Churu but I will keep some on hand as an extra treat and to slip Carys her Capstar.

(1,058 posts)A 100 count tub reduces the cost to about $0.55 each. Still kinda pricy, but worth it for the feline overlords

(122,404 posts)A couple of days ago a friend and I went to a discount store that sells overstock items at greatly reduced prices. One never knows what treasures one might find (like a $10 bottle of orange bitters for 1.29!). In the pet food section, I noticed a box that read "Chura". 32 count for $9. Have not tried it on my little lap panther yet, but will let everyone know.
