Madoc has decided to demonstrate that he is the Top Cat in this house

He was sitting on a table and every time Merlin ran by, Madoc would knock something off of the table, aiming for Merlin. Well, Merlin is too fast on his feet for that kind of ambush. And everything Madoc knocked down was VERY light weight. That's my new tactic. I set him up with things like wadded up paper and pieces of Styrofoam, maybe a whiffle ball or two.

Now Arthur us chasing Merlin around the playpen. I could sit and watch these feline shenanigans all day long.

Merlin's current favorite toy is a toilet paper cardboard tube.

3. Same here. The image of Arthur and Merlin in the playpen

makes me feel better about our situation. So Madoc is the brains behind the team. His tabletop scheme takes planning.

4. I'm reading this on a computer at the public library.

Went out to do an errand, and decided to stop in here on the way back. And I just had to clap my hand over my mouth when I got to the part about Madoc knocking things off the table, aiming for Merlin. because I laughed so loud before I caught myself! I usually read DU in the privacy of my home, where I can guffaw all I want, but it was just my luck to read this in a very quiet public place.

This was just what I needed today, too. I'm in the worst mood I've been in since the election, and I need cute, funny stuff BADLY. So thanks for this, and thanks to Merlin and Madoc for providing you with such great material!
