I bought a whole set of reflective collars. I love this blue one.

(25,448 posts)Except when they decide to hide in that other dimension and scare the crap out of you for hours until they finally deign to re-appear.
Our 4 cats not only have bells on their collars but TILE locator devices so I can beep them when they decide to hide. Years ago, one of our cats managed to get out of the house without our knowing it and was killed by a car. A neighbor brought us the dreadful news. She was an indoor cat who never showed any interest in escaping, and we never did figure out how/where she got out. Ever since that horrible experience, it takes me about a nanosecond t go into panic mode if I can't find someone. I typically verify everyone's whereabouts before leaving the house.

Looks like he might have big feet... like a panther.

When they were playing, which was constant, it sounded like sleigh bells when they were running together.
Always made we smile. Also, reduced the stress factor.
Cuteness factor was through the roof.
BTW, very nice portrait of Merlin. Now he just needs the pointy hat to match the collar.
