On this day, December 6, 1913, Olympic gold medalist Eleanor Holm was born.
Olympic gold medalist Eleanor Holm was #BornOnThisDay, Dec. 6, 1913. An Olympian in 1928 & 1932, she was expelled from the 1936 Summer Olympics team for "sipping a glass of Champagne." Later starred in the film, Tarzan's Revenge (1938). Passed in 2004 (age 90) kidney disease #RIP
