1. Apparently we have no way to rein in an out-of-control governor other than take him to court.

Trump showed us just how much of our system has been based on tradition & precedent & only maintained because no one challenged "the rules" before. That's their game plan. Go radical, break all the rules, & wait for the courts to decide. In the meantime, more & more voter suppression legislation is passed with every election.
