FOX IS ADVERTISING GUNS

Not being a gun person, I was amazed to see the ad from a TEXAZ company waving the MADE IN AMERICA words....
Is it legal to advertise guns on TV?

Particularly at our time of messed up politics and all the wackos?

I am speechless.

Guns and pillows..........

Some states may have some regulations. But mainly the cable companies and networks restrict it themselves.

Cigarettes, for example. Many products that are otherwise legal can't be advertised if they're targeting children.

Direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical ads and hard liquor were not allowed to advertise on TV for a long time.
