The fact that he was convicted should have prompted a military review and response regardless of pardon. From what I understand accepting a pardon you must accept responsibility and quilt for the underlying crime. Why does his still get a pension and other military benefits? Disgraceful.

As a veteran was disgusted by him taking the 5th especially when asked if he believed in the peaceful transfer of power. How hard is that to say yes but then again we are talking about a man who President Obama told Trump not to hire. I guess Flynn and Trump are the same.

10. The Navy/Marine Corps Court of Appeals (NMCCA) ruled against ...

reactivating a retiree for a charge under UCMJ. It ruled that would be a violation of the 5th Amendment, USC, equal protection.

The ruling is in limbo now. So unless there's a civil charge, the traitor has dodged that bullet.

I am not sure what is going on but I am simply awe struck at the amount of crazy coming from ex military people. Especially from the SEALs. These people took an oath to defend this country and then turn around and 💩 on it. Wtf?
