As old infantry soldier I don't know shit yet I explain to putin fans the Russian army is done.

The Ukrainian Army is a like us the west American army we are a professional army from officers command control to squads level to platoon level you have NCO corp sgts leadership that is motivated. NCO run the army it’s fact they lead young soldiers and teach young officers.

Ukraine army has destroyed the professional Russian army up next one million conscripts. Is quantity problem with these kremlin conscripts yes, are these conscripts trained No nor are they motivated to die for putin. I’m thinking Vlad will end up even losing Donbas what he annexed invaded 2014.

I ramble yet the Russian army I’m old now these pigs are rapist torturing fucks I hate them as soldier you do not hurt civilians the Russians army is like Serbs they are animals.

After that first Russian invasion. Ukraine totally revamped its military from the Old Soviet type to NATO type and US Troops started to train them in late 2014 early 2015. Ukraine also instituted a plan to develop a Professional NCO Corps for their Military. Also creating a volunteer force vs, a Conscription Force. All these have paid off with a strong viable professional Army that is kicking the crap out of the ruskie's.

Senior Enlisted Leader in the Navy myself. Senior Chief USN (Ret.)

I was involved in training former Warsaw Pact troops for UN deployment in the former Yugoslavia. Even back then we rated the Ukrainians as the second best of the seventeen countries we worked with.

combat morale and readiness, of a professional Non-Commissioned Officer Corps.

Any army with professional NCO's is going to trounce a conscript army with 'ninety-day wonder' sergeants.

Slava Ukrani!
