Related: About this forumI just got my flu and RSV vaccinations. That should be it, for this year.
I decided to get them both in the same arm. That way the soreness will be confined to one side.
I've got no plans to go anywhere, tomorrow, just in case.

(4,635 posts)2 weeks apart,,,, the only one we had a big reaction to was the Covid vaccine. Absolutely no reaction to the Flu Vaccine and a sore arm for the RSV vaccine that lasted several days,,,, but in each case we were prepared to feel a little under the weather,,,,
Good luck. Give those sweet kitties a pet

(27,293 posts)My cousin got the flu and Covid vaccinations at the same time and had a strong reaction. At first she thought it was to the covid one but then decided it was the flu shot.
I'm surrounded by the kidcats, right now. Pretty soon I will say the magic words 'Are you hungry!' and they will stampede to the kitchen.

(27,293 posts)I'm going to take a nice hot shower and then just take the day as it comes.
The pharmacist did warn me that the RSV injection is a little painful. She didn't tell me in what order she was giving them but I definitely noticed a difference with the 2nd one. Not bad but definitely less smooth. I didn't even feel the first injection..
