Well, no resolution with my Oak Street issue because the practice manager didn't return my call

I'll be off doing errands, tomorrow morning.

This has given me some time to add some issues. Like why she didn't have the lab work AND EKG done on that day, as has been done in the past?? Both things take very little time. OR at least schedule the two things on the same day instead of two appointments a week apart. ESPECIALLY when you know you are dealing with someone who has severe 'white coat' anxiety!!!!!

One big selling point with Oak Street is they say they will work WITH you and let you set your own 'health goals'. Up until now, that was my experience.

This will be an early to bed night for me.
