Allow me to present: The Pointer Sisters - singing the Truth and
Rocking our World. The other day this song, "Angry Eyes" originally by Loggins & Messina, was posted in the Music Appreciation forum. It's one of my favorite all time songs; the harmonies are awesome and the lyrics ambiguous enough that it can be construed as being about an argument between lovers or friends. I can literally sing this in my sleep, I love it that much. So then later I went over to YouTube to look up another version, and it gifted me with this one. Wow. Never before now have I seen this song as an anthem FOR women, but seeing this performance by The Pointer Sisters ( From 1979!!! How had I never seen it!!) has totally changed my viewpoint forever. Wow, again. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have!
