For the AA Group: From the Community Healing Network

I follow the Community Healing Network -- http://www.communityhealingnet.org/ -- and just saw them share a document they created. I wanted to share here in case it may be helpful even to some small degree given the ongoing chaos and brutality and injustice.

Community Healing Network is pleased to share the latest product of our collaboration with the Association of Black Psychologists, a "Family-Care, Community-Care and Self-Care Tool Kit."
"This Tool Kit is for us—developed by and for people of African ancestry--to comfort and inspire us in these difficult times. It provides resources to help us take care of ourselves and each other, and strengthen our sense of community for the journey ahead."
