1. Considering how gentrification is going, inner cities are were "whities" now live... Ironic.

In fact, "inner cities" in this case just means "where the minorities live"

It could be anywhere really, in many cities its now just outside the central urban core.
Even in Chicago, most of the murders are on the south side.
