if anyone has been following the case in Idaho where 3 whites were accused of anally penetrating a developmentally disabled black team mate with coat hangers and racially harassing him for months got 300 hours of community service with probation...it's in today's Guardian. The judge in the case district judge Randy Stoker said it wasn't a rape and that he felt there was no racism involved in the attack...us out here don't understand the case...

Sounds like the GOP definition of rape. With a large heaping of racism thrown in. That chlid/man was disabled. That judge needs to be disbarred.

6. I hadn't heard the case so I searched for the Judge's name.

He's really easy on rapist as he gave another rapist a lite sentence. The below article was the second to come up when I searched for Randy Stoker. The first link was a petition to remove him from the bench.

What's surprising is he hasn't been impeached or removed from the bench. Unfortunately, To do either would have to go to the supreme court or Idaho's congress.
