In Minneapolis, fake sign warns of easily startled police

MINNEAPOLIS — The fatal shooting of an Australian woman by a Minneapolis police officer has sparked the posting of at least two fake street signs warning people of “easily startled” officers.

The Star Tribune reports (http://strib.mn/2tDmGh3 ) one sign was spotted in Minneapolis and another in St. Paul over the weekend.

The official-looking orange metal signs read: “WARNING: TWIN CITIES POLICE EASILY STARTLED.” The signs have a picture of an officer with a gun in each raised hand, shooting in both directions.

Justine Damond was unarmed when she was killed behind her home on July 15, after she called 911 to report a possible rape. . . .

I know this was started after the killing of a white woman in Minneapolis, but BLM should do this in every city police have killed unarmed civilians.

for cities and incidents like the murder of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri or Philando Castile in St. Anthony, Minnesota.

5. hell, these type signs

and others representing who are authorized state agents with badge and gun while under white sheets with eye holes. These signs should have been started with Micheal Brown all the way through to Philando Castile. And our men and women in blue need more training in how to properly interact with all people, ESPECIALLY POC, and how to find real courage in some kind of training like those pop-up things, whether digitally interactive or real pop-ups in a course to be experienced by going through it, something, anything.

I don't think their racism will be addressed though, hard to root that evil out of people after so many generations of racist hate generated by the GENOCIDAL cleansing of the Native-american nations AND SLAVE ERA forced servitude to the white race and their businesses.

And any racial segregation/incarceration of AA, for minor infractions such as 'vagrancy' or one joint of reefer, designed to segregate through incarceration even more POC from the 'superior' white race.....
