There's an interesting article on The Daily Banter..

Featuring Bravenak - I'm still allowed mention her right?

I know I can't re-post said article here because - well we know what will happen and the AA group gets enough alert stalking as it is......

But it's an interesting example of the privilege and arrogance of those who risked Trump and argued with twisted logic that Trump would be good for America.

Some love to ho-hum anger against third party advocates, but as we learn more about Kremlin manipulation of the electorate last year, the behavior of third party advocates, in retrospect, looks even more irresponsible and reckless.

Rather than engage in a little introspection, and ponder how they were duped by propaganda or enthusiastically spread it, they lash out at those in the crosshairs of the Trump administration who remain justifiably angry at their recklessness and divisiveness.

This tweet sums it up best.

And the article is now in General Discussion! https://www.democraticunderground.com/10029648029

Apparently economic justice means telling black people if they only worked hard they could be multi-millionaires with six mansions.

Then there is whining about racism against white people.

And one of the Kremlin's favorite mantras: David Brock. Anyone has a though that they don't like, it has to be fed to them. I say it's a Kremlin point because Brock was sited by Hamilton 68 as one of the terms most promoted by Russian bots and trolls.

I follow Bravenak on Twitter, I didn't see all this, just the usual bots screeching about corporate this, rigging that, and snarling about Brock.

Those tweets in the Daily Banter story shocked me. What's really crazy are the comments! It's like they have no self awareness at all, they see all those racist, misogynistic attacks, including calling into question her mental health and they deny it, while doing the very same things they claim don't happen? WTAF?

These bots are truly remarkable. They sound so very familiar though, I wonder why?

who knew what trump would do to marginalized groups is weaponizing white privilege. The sanctimonious stance of these people made them easy marks for Russian propaganda. When one desires to crush opposition rather than engage in enlightening debate, it is easy to seize any and every arrow in the quiver without questioning whether it is rational, responsible, or even sane.

That Molly Hodgdon quote is spot on. Thanks for the post JHan.

Both for Bravenak for calling out someone who pretends to be progressive, but who really is on the side of the GOP and Trump, and for you JHan, for braving the alert stalkers and posting this.

I'd love for Nina Turner to challenge some "progressive" idea or fave just to watch the "but Nina Turner" folks crucify her for challenging them. Maybe she will endorse Kamala Harris in 2020.
