It's pretty common in everyday corporate America:
This kind of thing starts early, when school dress code prohibit black hair styles.
Simply existing as a black person becomes offensive to a nation defined by the terms of white supremacy.

(18,124 posts)enabling and protection of this potus and his 'justice department, the racists in this country feel they now have free rein on how to put AA "back in their place" by forcing white supremacist 'beauty standards' on all POC....especially AA. Boycott is right. I remember all the hair straightening products AA were forced to buy in my youth to try to adhere to the standard of white beauty, sometimes those products were injurious to the person straightening their hair...one of the reasons AFROS were the standard of beauty in my day.
The idiot-potus is actually causing the downfall of america by enabling white people to feel comfortable in doing these racist activities.
National boycott is in the offing.
