A new African American Star was born this weekend, Ryan Coogler

He is the director of the film "Black Panther" which brought in record numbers for February. No film has ever brought in that much money for a weekend in February. It is one of the top 4 or 5 grossing movies for a first weekend for all time.

This film is going to be a mega hit. It already is. These numbers are what Hollywood cares about more than anything. The reviews are incredible. All are positive! These are the kind of reviews that Stephen Spielberg got from Jaws one of his first films.

Ryan Coogler is 31 years old, and has directed a few films. One of them won awards for outstanding direction, but did not make a lot of money. This film is going to make a lot of money. It already has. Ryan will be force in movie making for many years to come.
