So, who are "we the people"?

Who decides? DJT? RBG?

Women earning 70 cents to the dollar . . . we shouldn't be surprised: the Constitution is working. Our prisons are full of people of color . . . the Constitution is working.
White male supremacy is a bipartisan value.
Women and African-Americans will never be truly included in "We the People" until we deal with the racism and sexism in our founding and the dehumanizing precedent for land title.
