The Red Web: The Struggle between Russia's digital dictators and the online revolutionaries

This book was featured briefly on a weekly HBO Vice report. I haven't started reading yet I just checked it out. Supposed to explain how Russian intelligence has developed this technology going back to the 80s. This book is from 2015 before the election.
