I thought of on improvement to the cartoon of the old Medal of Honor vet watching Trump on TV: "FUBAR" would have been a better reply.

On edit: I didn't really understand what 'snafu' meant. Just looked it up, and Wikipedia says it stands for "Situation normal: all fucked up".
Much the same as 'fubar'.
