Does anyone else besides the Governor have the authority to call for the Nat Guard? I honestly couldn't see my state's Gov (Bill Lee) calling the Nat Guard out against the Maga Morons.

That's the unfortunate truth, I believe. But he's a morbidly obese ancient slob, so Father Time will probably get him before Garland can see him behind bras.
