I don't think anyone has a bracket that's still intact. nycbos Mar 2022 #1

I just checked. The Kentucky loss pretty much took care of that.

It's nice to see a #15 seed still alive in the tournament!

I'm also not a Murray State fan after I met a professor from their Engineering Physics program as a teenager years ago, and he behaved as if I may not meet their academic standards for admittance... without knowing anything about my high school transcript or SAT scores! He was such a blow-hard! I didn't continue talking with him for very long thereafter, and I was already thinking that Murray State looked smaller and with worse technology than my high school!

I decided to attend a public school in Ohio instead, later majoring in math with a minor in physics.

So I guess the moral of that story is that ONE guy can ruin the perception of an entire organization, at least for me!

St. Mary's qualifies. I hope they continue to win. I'm not a big follower of college basketball, but I work in a sporting goods store, and we sell college logo stuff. I see a lot of fans and we have the NCAA tournament on at the store every year. I live in NC and was pleased that UNC beat the number 1 Baylor.

My bosses are going to New Orleans for the final four. They were at the playoffs round One several years ago when a 16 seed beat the #1. They are pulling for UNC, and hoping to see some exciting games overall.

... #16 UMBC beat #1 Virginia, who I think was the top overall seed in the tournament too. That was the only time that a 16-seed has won, at least against a 1-seed.

Then Virginia won it all the next year.
