(32,111 posts)As u all know, I was super excited to play at @QueensTennis but a slight elbow issue means I cant! I hope to be there in 2023 see u all in the UK in a few days! tweeted Alcaraz announcing his withdrawal. He had also skipped the 2022 Rome Masters due to an ankle injury and this elbow injury will see him miss his second tournament of the season due to an injury.

(12,904 posts)They just hit the ground strokes so hard now, on every surface, that the dropper is a good way to mix up the game. Some of those guys and gals want to hit 50 shot rallies from the baseline.
Hit the dropper to bring them in, then hit a passing shot, or lob over their head. Easy Peasy.
Im guessing Carlos is Alcaraz? I believe he played many matches this spring, due to all his winning. Hope he is better soon.
