People on social media had Giannis in a Golden State or Nets jerseys. If I was any good at graphics, I would be trolling with Durant in a Bucks jersey, even though that is highly unlikely

Could he go to a team like the Bulls? It might be possible if they don't pay Zach Lavine. Doubt he goes to the Knicks, even though they have some picks and cap space (presumably for Jalen Brunson).

Not sure if there are many teams with a lot of cap space and draft capital that are not already in rebuild mode.

Bulls do a sign & trade, send Lavine & Williams to Brooklyn.
As of 3 hours ago, most close Bulls observers were certain Lavine would be signed to a max deal.
I haven't listened to sportsradio since about 2:30. That conversation might be very different now.

It must have hurt to see the Warriors as NBA champs when Kevin was so confident they couldn't do it without him.

...a strained Steph Curry knee from having 2 rings before he ever got there.
Kevin gambled on Kyrie being a good teammate and appears to have lost.
BTW: i also heard on Inside the NBA that Harden agreed to Brooklyn to play with Durant, not Irving.
He forced a trade to Philly because he was tired of KI in about a month.
Some big name (i ain't sayin' nothin') appears to be a team killer.

Could be interesting. Looks like the Nets are the biggest loser in all of this

They won't trade Jimmy, and no one else is close to KD, and Brooklyn doesnt need a pg or a niche player.

Phx on the other hand could trade Ayton, Cam J or Crowder, and maybe even Bridges.

Phoenix is definitely intriguing, especially considering they seem to be leaning towards parting ways with Ayton. Ayton wants a max deal and the Suns have already said they don't value him as a max contract player. Plus, there was a ton of frustration between Ayton and the coaches during their most recent playoff run. I can see KD landing there and fitting into that lineup.

..Durant was born & raised around Washington D.C.
He played HS basketball in Virginia & Maryland. He was 18 when he went to Texas to play there.
He still doesn't live in AZ. A few years back he bought a $16 million mansion in an exclusive SoCal town. (It's somewhere in the SF valley, butbi don't remember the town)
