4. Red Sox start the season with a 10 game road trip

If they start out bad, maybe Cora won't be coming back with them.
The long winter hasn't done much to get our hopes up.
Can't blame the manager, though. New GM has only added Giolito while Baltimore, NY, and Toronto get even stronger.

5. The Redbirds start on the road too. If we can win 3 of the 1st 10 games I'll be happy

We open with a 3-game series with the Dodgers - A freaking loaded team by any measure.

Next up with San Diego - another loaded team - lead by the manager who the Cards fired after he led the team to a record win streak. BTW, his replacement had the worst record since the 80s last year...

Finally, 4 games against the NL pennant winning Diamond Backs

7. All the chatter in radio and tv is he goes to AAA

At least to start the season.

He was only AA last year. In my opinion, he's by far our b est CF with Edmon hurt. And he's so good running the bases that he can turn walks into doubles

I'm pulling for the guy, but the Cards are a cautious bunch... so I doubt it
