Would this be the first World Serie where each team lost all of it's homestand games?

(5,209 posts)The low lows and high highs have been, eh, something epic. Really needed some good baseball, and I got it.
I love the Astros, but I can say, the Nationals were hard to dislike.

(31,261 posts)I honestly thought the Nationals were dead after getting beaten up at home and going back to the park of a team that seldom lost at home.
Even-though it had dropped the first two games at home, I really expected Houston to finish the Nationals off in one of the two remaining games. Even after the Nationals won Game 6, I fully expected Houston to prevail in Game 7, but when I broke away from working on a project to check the score in the top of the 8th, I had a sudden belief that some not before had happened event was taking place.
