So if the lead off man walks and the number 2 hitter homers, that's technically a 2-run lead off HR in some accountings.

I really miss it. Even when I was abroad, I would always find a way to check in every day or so with my team and the leagues. The games are weird, and I don’t really see the season making it through October, but I’ll take what we can get.

Here in South OC, the overcast is often refereed to as Catalina Eddy because of the eddy that spins into the Bight of California Between Pt. Conception and San Diego named after Santa Catalina Island.

back when they held Spring training out on Catalina Island.

Hell, even Ronald Reagan was over there doing radio announcing for the Cubs. That is, when he wasn't making screen tests on the mainland. One could make the argument that if Wrigley had never purchased Catalina Island, Ronnie Boy would NEVER have made it to the White House. Fucking chewing gum was Ronald Reagan's stepping stone to the White House!
