Indians crushed us 14-2.

20 damn hits, 3 home runs.

It turned into such a comedy that I expected to see Dern coming off the bench to pinch hit in the late innings...

Cardinals had (until yestreday) the lowest team batting average allowed in all of Baseball, now we're middle of the pack.

Shit changes quick in a short season.

2. Hey Sarge,

Indians’ offense has been so anemic all year that many fans think Clevenger should be traded for a bat, any bat. We’re improving slightly, but we’re basically an all-or-nothing team. And history usually shows that after a lopsided win like yesterday’s, the next day we’ll be hard pressed to score one run. I’m hoping they make a liar out of me, though.

Here’s to a good competition today and may the best team win. Hopefully it will be the Tribe!

3. After 2 "Cardiac Cards" type 9th inning wins, I was almost convinced we had the makings

of a special team -

We then dropped 3 straight including that 14-2 debacle. So, yeah

Hoping for a fun game at least, baseball usually makes me want to have a drink.

This past few games just made me want to drink.

And that Indians Game made me want to drink turpentine
