Do the numbers just serendipitously jump out at you, or do you just dig deep into the almanacs with an idea in mind?

I pick a player, say, Albert Pujols, and look at his Wikipedia write up. They will list what records the guy holds. Then those make fun trivia questions, too.
OK heres one I just came up with using that method....
Q: Who is the only player in MLB history to win a batting title in three different decades?
A: George Brett

In 1922 Cobb hit .401, but Sisler hit .420. Impossible to imagine someone hitting .400 today and NOT winning the batting title. Its been 80 years since anyone hit .400.
