Love Pac Bell Park now, but there was nothing quite like going to a Giants game in June in a ski jacket, wool hat, gloves, and with a down sleeping bag over your lap!

Edit to add: Gee Tommy, what did you really think of Kingman's performance?

I miss the history of it, but the weather? I did go to the McCartney concert that closed it out. It actually wasn't that cold, but the traffic was abysmal. Getting in and out of there was no fun. I've never driven to Pac Bell. Always taken either BART or the train.

I remember watching Cub games where one of Kingman's pop flies would wander out of the park - almost like 'whoopsie - well hat worked out well.'
