I remember Joe. He was formidable back in the day. So strange how some people can handle being a big deal and not screw their lives up and some people do this stuff. I’ll bet this wasn’t the first time either. I hope he gets some help.

before I was a baseball fan, but my ex was. He had a couple good years, but injuries ended his career early. He was always somewhat of a wild character, and I think he never really adjusted from his rapid fall from celebrity.
