A's coming in a bit low.
The A's have had great teams UNDER PREVIOUS OWNERS who actually spent money on player salaries.
Catfish deserved better. May 8, 1968. Dunno what caused such low attendance.
Seven have been inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame: Cy Young, Addie Joss, Jim Bunning, Sandy Koufax, Catfish Hunter, Randy Johnson, and Roy Halladay.

(10,129 posts)Today its tickets sold, including season tickets, whether they are used or not. It was the As first season in Oakland. They were mediocre, and very young. And night games in the Bay area tend to be cold in the spring. That may account for the low attendance.
