Never thought I'd be riding this late in the year up here in Iowa but the weather has cooperated so far.

Of course there's a time lapse....

2. I've been sick since before Thanksgiving.

I rode with the group today. It was great going out (south) a bit rough on the return (north). With the wind in my face I knew I was flagging. I found a great place to stop where I could sit and take my blood glucose. I had entered hypoglycemia but barely. I sat there in the beautiful sunshine, ate my peanut butter crackers and finished the ride.

4. Handlebar mount

I do have a mount attached to my helmet and have used that occasionally. I also have a chest mount. But this time I used the handlebar mount.
