Referees junior college hockey and beer pong games; president of the Los Padres Baseketball Officials Association.
He had no prior professional or major college football experience.
Other sources say Easley is a "small-time" ref who officiates many Central Coast football and basketball games. High school and JC. He was even on the planning commission for the FCA All-Star game.
