Hard to believe Brock Purdy was the last player drafted ...

in 2022, and that running back Jordan Mason, of Georgia Tech, wasn’t drafted at all. Both had big games for the 49ers today. Purdy made Tom Brady irrelevant.

Arguably, only two games for Purdy and a handful for Mason. BUT it destroys most every scouting cliche out there about size, strength, speed, and athleticism.

Wow!

I still can't figure out what the front office saw in him to give up so much trade capital to get him.

Tom Brady was a sixth round pick and is arguably the GOAT. I'm not a Brady fan and never will be but I give him credit for what he's done on a football field, other than today lol. Time catches up to us all.

And that Purdy kid is tough as nails, good job young man!

I wouldn't be surprised to see Philly-49ers for the NFC Championship.

And I'm seeing speculation on social media about Brady coming "home" to San Fran to be the QB next season at the ripe old age of 46. Add that to the potential QB maelstrom!

Niners looked great on both sides of the ball, and Purdy is rolling. New nickname on Reddit: BCB, check it out on r/49ers.

Injuries are always the dark side of a win like this; everyone is wishing the best for Deebo.

The Seahawks falling prey to the 49ers offensively and defensively.
