Woe is the Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals, 4-7, have the league leader in passing yards, passing TDs, receptions, receiving yards, receiving TDs and sacks on their team and are going to miss the playoffs.

The team's defense has been bad overall, and the kicker hasn't been up to par either.

There's been some variation of this headline after most Bengals' games this season:

Kicker problems stem from inconsistency in timing of snap, hold, and spin timing. The Bengals dumped a pair of long snapper & holder that had been together other than a few injury missed games for a decade.

The new pair of long snapper and the rookie punter as holder have been inconsistent which throws off the timing of the kicker.

The Bengals have whiffed on so many top three lineman picks on both sides of the ball that all the line scouts and the GM need to go.

The coach thinks he is a genius. He comes from the moronic McVey line of coaches who REFUSE to play starters in preseason. So, the offensive line is out of sorts. They can't run the ball. 2 of five years they got their QB injured. They always suck in September.

If the hadn't hit it big on second tier free agents that they coached and schemed up (Hendrickson as best example) they would be in horrible shape.

Everyone seems to forget that the real MVP of the Rams Superbowl was Aaron Donald ...he hit burrow about a dozen times including the last play where jamarr chase absolutely torched the defensive back, but Joe burrow had zero chance to throw it because Aaron Donald was the best player on the field.
